Wire

Our production program includes the manufacture of round, cold-drawn, low-carbon steel wire used as a base material for wire bending parts and cold heading components, with diameters ranging from 1.4 to 9.0 mm. Using a new, patented process, wire rods in accordance with DIN EN 10016-1 are cleaned in an environmentally friendly manner.

Our wires comply with the permissible dimensional and shape tolerances in accordance with DIN EN 10218-2. Surface finishes range from bright (dry-drawn, lubricated) to bright drawn (wet-drawn). Upon request, wires with profiled surfaces can also be produced. Depending on customer requirements, packaging is available as spool-less coils up to 1,500 kg, mill coils, or carrier reels.

In addition, we produce annealed wires for the recycling and construction industries, available in oiled and unoiled versions. These are supplied as coils up to 500 kg, rings, or machine-wound coils. To ensure consistently high product quality, we operate our own testing laboratory and supply our wires with the appropriate mill test certificate.
